PAY AT THE DOOR?
Yes, you can pay at the door. But it'll cost you $25 extra!

Why? Because collecting entry fees at the door really slows down the check-in process. Also, the club really needs to collect funds up front: most of our expenses must be paid before the show starts.


(The fine print: Any exhibitor whose payment has not been received for any reason by 10 pm, Monday, October 5, 2020 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Payment at the door will be at the sole discretion of the Entry Clerk, will be subject to the $25.00 late fee, and MUST be paid in cash. No exceptions!)  

  
 
ENTER THE SHOW

To enter your cat in the show, submit the following to the entry clerk. (For closing dates, see the orange box at left.)   

  • A completed Summary Sheet.
  • A completed entry form (via TOES) for each cat you're entering.
  • Payment for the amount owed (once we are accepting payments). All payment must be in US dollars.

IMPORTANT: By entering this show (by submitting a Summary Sheet or a cat entry) you agree to abide by all TICA rules and all club rules.

ADDITIONAL HEALTH RULES: At the time of entry, you must agree to follow the health & safety rules for this event. Anyone not complying with these safety precautions will be required to leave the show without refund of any monies paid.

We will not be accepting payments until we have confirmed that the show will go forward (that decision will be made on September 22). We will inform exhibitors ASAP of the results of that decision. If the show will go forward, that's when we'll need everyone to send their payments; if you've entered the show, you'll have until 10 PM on the closing date, Monday, October 5, 2020, to remit your show fees.

IMPORTANT: Entering the show at any point STILL constitutes a committment to pay your show fees, should the show go forward as planned. (If the show is cancelled, then all related debts will be cancelled as well.)

PAYMENT FORMS

NOTE: Please do not send payment right now. We are not accepting payments until we know the show can go forward as planned.

  • We accept credit card payments via PayPal.
  • We also accept checks or money orders. Please make checks payable to The Evergreen Cat Fanciers.

To Enter Online

  1. To enter online, please submit a summary sheet via this website.
  2. You must also enter each of your entries via the TOES online entry system.
  3. Once we are collecting entry fees, please send your payment by no later than 10 PM on Monday, October 5, 2020.

To Email Your Entry

It's generally better to use our Summary Sheet and online entry system (TOES) than to simply send your entry information in an email. (Most folks who send in "email entries" end up inadvertently omitting something important.) If you use the online forms, you'll be prompted for all the information required.

If for some reason you can't get our online entry forms to work, then go ahead and enter via email. To do this, send an email containing the necessary information to the entry clerk at entryclerk@evergreencatfanciers.org. Please be sure to include all the information requested on the Summary Sheet, as well as complete entry information for each cat.

Once we are collecting entry fees, please send your payment by no later than 10 PM on Monday, October 5, 2020.


To phone in your entry:

You can enter by telephone. However, there is a $5 per entry charge for phone entries. To enter by phone, call the entry clerk.

Mail a printed summary sheet and entry forms to the entry clerk.

Closing Dates

  • All entries must be received and paid by 10:00 pm on Monday, October 5, 2020. This is the final date. There will NOT be any late pages.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT NOW! We are waiting to collect entry fees until we are 100% sure the show will go on. 

Payment and Fees

  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT NOW! We will not be collecting entry fees until we are certain the show will go on. That decision will be made on September 22, and all exhibitors will be notified immediately of the results. If the show is a "go" then you will have until October 5, 2020 to send your payment. (If the show is cancelled, then all related debts will be cancelled as well.)
  • As soon as your entry/summary form has been received by the Entry Clerk, whether it be by website, phone, email, or snail-mail, you are committed to pay for your entries and all related costs. Submitting entry information via any of these methods constitutes an agreement to pay for all services ordered, even if you withdraw from the show, fail to attend the show, or fail to complete the entry process. (The only situation in which you would not owe entry fees is if the show is cancelled.)
  • All fees must be paid in U.S. funds. Money orders and bank checks are to be made payable to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers". Only checks from a United States bank can be accepted. No post-dated checks.
  • Returned check fee — $30.00 plus any bank fees charged to the club.
  • NO REFUNDS! The only exception is if you have paid for entry fees or other services, and the show is cancelled. Once an entry or service has been received, only substitutions may be made, for a fee. Any excess payment will be considered a donation to the show.
  • Cats co-owned by members of two different households are eligible for multiple entry discounts ONLY if a photocopy of the cat's TICA registration accompanies the cat's entry showing the names of both co-owners.
  • End-of-row benching (not handicapped) — $15.00.
  • Phone entry fee — $5.00/entry.
  • Substitution fee — $10.00/entry.
  • Extra catalog — $5.00/each.
  • The club reserves the right to cancel entries for which payment has not been received by 10 PM, Monday, October 5, 2020.

ENTRY TERMS

By entering this show, all exhibitors agree to the following terms:

  • Your cats are entered at your own risk.
  • You will abide by and uphold all club health & safety rules.
  • You will abide by and uphold the rules of TICA and the Show Committee.
  • If you have any changes, you will contact the Entry Clerk immediately.
  • Entering the show via any allowable method (website, TOES, email, phone or snail mail) constitutes an agreement to pay in full for all services ordered, even if you withdraw from the show, fail to attend the show, or fail to complete the entry procedure. (The only situation in which you would not owe entry fees is if the show is cancelled.)
  • If the show goes forward as planned, you commit to paying all fees in U.S. Funds by no later than October 5, 2020 by one of the following options: Money order or bank check payable to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers," or via PayPal payment to: treasurer@evergreencatfanciers.org.
  • There are no refunds once an entry or service request has been received by the Entry Clerk. However, substitutions may be made. See Fees Section.
  • Any excess payment is considered a donation to the show.
